In the early 20th century, when farmers tilled their land using horse-drawn plows, they often planted trees in the center of their fields. These trees weren’t random—they served a purpose. When the horses grew tired from long hours of work, they would rest in the shade beneath these trees, finding comfort and shelter before continuing on.
